The journey began in 2013 at HENRI Hotel Hamburg downtown. Right in the city center, with sixty five homely studios, a gym, and spa, a living-room-like lounge with a bar and an open kitchen—all in a slightly nostalgic merchant-house style. Followed by HENRI Hotel Berlin, which comes across in a reinvention of Wilhelminian design, just as it belongs to the glamorous Kurfürstendamm. The next step is Düsseldorf, modern 60s/70s… and typical HENRI: A temporary home in the middle of town, where cosmopolitan atmosphere and design meet vivid hospitality—just like at a good friend’s house.
