safariFRANK—that is the family Steenhuisen. They carry the passion for the wild continent Africa in their hearts. Frank, the youngest member of the family, completed his training as a safari and trails guide in South Africa, where he met Gesa Neitzel. She quit her job as a television editor in 2015 and started her training as a safari guide. Gesa wrote a book about becoming a guide called “Frühstück mit Elefanten”(“Breakfast with Elephants), which soon became a bestseller in Germany. Now she and Frank travel through the African Bush and discover the last wild places in Africa along with their guests. In August 2017, safariFRANK opened its doors in Berlin. The young team, consisting of Britta Glasemann and Stephanie Haberl, offers its guests everything that the heart of a true adventurer desires: tailor-made safaris, mobile tented safaris guided by Gesa and Frank, bush walks, photographic safaris, and field guide trainings.
